Its central demand is amending HB 2014 to restore local control, along with enforceable protections on water use, pollution, noise, and lights. It plans to share legal, environmental, and organizing strategies across counties.
Members include the WV Highlands Conservancy, the Sierra Club, and WV Citizen Action Group.
