Wolf Summit Energy
Gas plant
A 600-megawatt combined-cycle natural gas plant being built in Harrison County by Kindle Energy, with backing from Blackstone. State officials call it the first power plant of its kind in West Virginia.
According to the governor’s office, its power is fully contracted to the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative, and construction is expected to create 500 jobs.
